Continuous improvement

The implementation of the CSR policy matches the existing hierarchical and functional organisational structures and reporting systems.

Uniform KPIs, related to the CSR objectives, have been defined and, to enable future analysis and comparison of the KPIs, uniform data collection and monitoring is being started. This will form the basis for reporting within the business units so as to provide good insights into the KPIs for the CSR themes. The reports and the KPIs will provide information which VION can then use to control the continuous improvement process.
