The traditional site in the Allgäu is closely connected with local farming. Today, A. Moskel GmbH Buchloe is an abattoir and cutting plant that stands as one of the most modern in Europe.

The centre of excellence for beef attaches great importance to quality and sourcing programmes, user protection, animal welfare, and innovative marketing concepts. Every week, around 2700 cattle are slaughtered, and 750 tons of beef are cut up. Its partners are in food retail and meat processing industry nationally and internationally.
