Our Beef Business Unit production sites process approximately 17,500 cattle per week into products for home markets and European customers. The Netherlands and Germany are the largest target markets. We supply meat to national and international retailers, as well as food service and food processing companies. Basic raw materials are supplied to industrial customers who then process beef into a wide range of meat products. We also process fresh beef into semi-finished and finished products for the domestic and foreign retail markets, including Vion Food Service.
